There is nothing more humbling than to be able to capture the power of a mother as she works to bring her baby into the world. My path to birth photography started in 2021 after I delivered my first baby love. I delivered both of my girls outside of the hospital at a birth center in the middle of downtown Dallas. I was very blessed to have really incredible experiences with both of them. I know, I know birthing your babies out of the hospital is not the "norm" but I tell you what, going against the norm has led to so many blessings. Birth captured my heat and has propelled me into everything I do today. Not only do I photograph births, I am also a certified birth and postpartum doula, as well as I am also in school to eventually become a midwife! Being able to support a laboring mother is such a blessing and something I will continue to do unless the Lord says otherwise.
